Cut It Out gives you 3 complete exports for free, with no watermark, no account and no card. Every finished export counts, whatever the format. That's the whole app, on your own footage, before any money changes hands. Please use it: it's the fastest way to know whether this is worth buying.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order reference.
- Looking for a charge you don't recognize? It appears as LINK.COM* CUT IT OUT, and the receipt comes from Link. That's us, through Stripe.
- Every email is read and answered by a person. Replies can take a few days, but nothing gets ignored.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, which processed the purchase as merchant of record. Banks typically take 5 to 10 days to show it.
After a refund
Your license key stops working. Cut It Out checks it periodically, so within a few days the app locks back to its unlicensed state on every machine it was activated on. The files you already exported are yours; we won't ask for those back.
Bought the wrong thing, or it won't run?
Please write before asking for a refund. Most problems are quick to fix, and if it turns out Cut It Out can't run on your machine, that's exactly what the refund is for. Cut It Out currently supports macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later, on both Apple Silicon (M1 and later) and Intel; Windows and Linux are in progress. If you bought expecting a platform that hasn't shipped yet, you can either wait (your license will cover it if and when it lands) or take the refund.
